Vital Signs, a new tool developed as part of the Connected Health Record (CHR), is live on Palliative Care (B4), Family Medicine (C3) and Cardiovascular and Cardiovascular Intensive Care (K2). Clinicians are now able to enter patient signs manually, or automatically via from bedside monitors into a patient’s digital chart in the CHR.
The CHR’s latest module automatically transfers vital sign data from bedside monitors into a patient’s digital chart in the CHR. This process helps to improve documentation efficiency, reduce manual entry and support safer care.
