Congratulations to Toula Trihas, who has been appointed the Associate Director of Logistics, Flow and Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services in the Logistics, Procurement and Clinical Support Services Directorate. With over 35 years at the Jewish General Hospital and our network, Ms. Trihas has held leadership roles overseeing diagnostic and therapeutic services in critical care.
In her most recent role as Coordinator of Diagnostics and Therapeutics, she developed and implemented a strategic plan for medical imaging that dramatically improved wait-time compliance while spearheading patient-centred service redesigns; standardizing Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)and clinical applications; optimizing workflows across diagnostic and therapeutic services; and planning major infrastructure expansion for imaging and therapeutic services.
In her new role, Ms. Trihas will strengthen the Directorate’s vision by bringing teams together to advance key priorities and initiatives. She will provide support to managers and staff, ensure resources are used effectively, and foster strong connections between departments and partners. Ms. Trihas will also help maintain high standards of quality and safety, advise leadership, and contribute to ongoing improvements, while supporting teaching and research activities.
