Congratulations to Luc Hébert on his appointment as HR Associate Director of Talent, Transformation and Performance.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the health and social services sector, Mr. Hébert has developed extensive expertise in strategic human resources, organizational transformation and workforce strategy.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in human resources, including serving as an HR Business Partner at the McGill University Health Centre. Most recently, he served as Assistant Director of Human Resources.
In his new role, Mr. Hébert will lead the organization’s talent portfolio, providing strategic oversight for talent acquisition, internal mobility, workforce planning, staffing and replacement services, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). He will also support the organization’s strategic priorities by fostering HR analytics, innovation and performance.
