The scheduling clerks who belong to our Home Care (Soutien à domicile, SAD) team now all work alongside one another at our CIUSSS’s Plaza site on Côte-des-Neiges Road.
With the nearly thirty-strong group of clerks gathered in one workplace, they can more efficiently coordinate scheduling, collaborate with one another and share best practices.
These measures greatly benefit the Home Care clients, who receive access to continuous and quality care.
The new hub—made possible through the collaboration of various directorates—was inaugurated in August by Associate CEO Lucie Tremblay (in photo, left) and Associate Executive Director Gary Stoopler.
