During Patient Safety Week, from October 28 to November 1, the Quality and Risk Management team reminded staff that when it comes to patient safety, you are not alone!
The team—along with Quality Advisors assigned to each directorate—is always on hand to support you. They are available to answer your questions about incident reporting and support you in managing severe adverse events, along with any other inquiries related to patient safety.
