What’s nearly as hard as building the Connected Health Record? Getting staff in our CIUSSS to embrace it. Why? Because change of any kind—plus the uncertainty of the unknown—can be unsettling for some people.
That’s why a change-management team has been assembled to focus on supporting staff in the roll-out of the CHR. The new platform is worth the effort, because it will simplify and streamline the way health data is recorded, stored, retrieved, displayed and shared in various facilities across the CIUSSS.
