Dr. Adriana Decker has been appointed Assistant Chief of the JGH Department of Family Medicine and will retain her duties as the hospital’s Director of In-Patient Family Medicine Services.
In her new role, Dr. Decker says she hopes to expand the visibility and impact of family medicine throughout the hospital, to maintain a whole-person approach to care, and to offer an enriching rotation for trainees.
Dr. Decker has been at the JGH—in in-patient and out-patient settings—since 2012, when she completed her residency in family medicine at the Goldman Herzl Family Practice Centre.
