Congratulations to Sophie Bernardin, who on September 26 became Associate Director of Performance, Strategic Partnerships and Organizational Development. Ms. Bernardin will be in charge of creating and implementing an HR projects management office-business partnership matrix model. She is also responsible for the Organizational Development and Learning sector, as well as the transversal mandates of HR, such as Accreditation, Performance, Strategic Planning, etc.
Ms. Bernardin has been working in the healthcare network for more than 25 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université Laval and a certificate in administration from Université du Québec à Montréal. She previously served as an assistant to the Director of Human Resources, Communications, Legal Affairs and Global Security.
