Congratulations to Maude Beaupré on her appointment as Associate Director of Quality, Transformation, Evaluation, Value, Clinical and Organizational Ethics, and Virtual Care.
Ms. Beaupré joined our CIUSSS last March as coordinator of Quality, Risk Management, Accreditation and User Experience, and in this capacity, she contributed significantly to the strategic development of our culture of safety and quality. Ms. Beaupré came to our CIUSSS having served for two years as Associate to the President-Director General of the Institut national de psychiatrie légale Philippe-Pinel. She had previously held various senior positions, including leadership roles at CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont and the Association québécoise d’établissements de santé et de services sociaux (AQESSS).
In her new role, Ms. Beaupré is responsible for ensuring that healthcare users in our CIUSSS will receive a smooth continuity of care, with their progress monitored by the C4 (Command Centre). She will also promote innovative strategies and technologies to improve healthcare delivery and the patient experience across our sites, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. In keeping with the CIUSSS’s approach of Care Everywhere, Ms. Beaupré will lead the evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives to improve the quality and safety of care and services, while upholding a culture of integrity and accountability.
