Congratulations to Josée Arsenault, who joined our CIUSSS as Director of the Centre national d’expertise en informatisation de l’accès on June 19. In this capacity, she will be responsible for defining the vision and strategic plan of the Centre national. Ms. Arsenault will develop expertise in the digitization of access, then ensure its deployment in the field, along with the integration of the project portfolio of the technological modernization plan of the Direction générale de technologies de l’information of the MSSS.
Ms. Arsenault comes to us from the CISSS de Montérégie Centre, where she held the title of Assistant to the Director and Assistant to the Head of the Montérégie DRMG. During her career, she has designed and implemented several innovative projects targeting user experience, access, clinical relevance, computerization, digital health as well as related performance and business intelligence processes.
An Occupational Therapist by training, Ms. Arsenault also holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University. She is certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is the recipient of both the Prix d’éxcellence du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux from the MSSS in the category of Accessibility to Care and Services and the AQESSS Coup de Coeur Innovation Project Award.
