Congratulations to Habiba Boutaleb, who has been named Associate Director of SAPA for Home care, Intermediate Resources (RIs and RTFs) and the Elder Mistreatment Helpline. She has held the position since March 20.
Ms. Boutaleb began her career in 1999 as a nurse clinician at the Jewish General Hospital. She joined the SAPA team in 2002, and served as Nurse Clinician Assistant to the Immediate Superior and Chief of Program Administration at the Côte-des-Neiges and Metro CLSCs. Until recently, she held the position of SAPA Home care Coordinator at CLSCs René-Cassin and Benny Farm. In the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, she notably organized the SWAT tactical team dedicated to Private Seniors’ Residences and deployed the first COVID-19 vaccinations administered at home. In addition to a Bachelor’s in Nursing Sciences, Ms. Boutaleb holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Community Health and is due to complete a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences in 2024.
