Congratulations and welcome to Cynthia Delfosse, who has been appointed to the Mental Health and Addiction Program Directorate as Associate Director of Alternatives to Hospitalization and Community-Based Rehabilitation. In her new position, Ms. Delfosse will enhance mental health inpatient and community-based rehabilitation services with the goal of improving access, continuity and fluidity of services for our network’s users.
With extensive experience in mental health and addiction both as a clinician and manager, Ms. Delfosse has practiced as a professional in the field of mental health for over 20 years. She comes to our CIUSSS having recently served as the Clinical and Administrative Coordinator for Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental Pathways at the CHU Sainte-Justine. She also previously held the position of Associate Director of the Addiction Continuum at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud.
Ms. Delfosse is currently pursuing her Masters in Health and Social Services Management. She holds a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from Université de Montréal.
