Staff members from throughout the Jewish General Hospital were invited by the Connected Health Record (CHR) team to give their input into the program as part of the “working groups” phase of the CHR’s development.
The purpose of the working groups is to allow staff members to voice their opinions and make suggestions that will help the CHR team further customize the software to make day-to-day workflow easier.
A sizeable cross-section of employees attended, with one hundred joining the workshop online, and another 100 attending in person at the CHR lab at the JGH.
Chief Digital Health Officer Dr. Justin Cross welcomed participants to be part of the action! Identified as experts on the subject in their departments, they’re best placed to help the CHR team configure the software to the needs of their teams.
