Congratulations to Christine Morin, who has been appointed Associate Director of Human Resources – Talent, Culture and Employee Experience.
Since joining our CIUSSS three years ago, Ms. Morin has brought a rich background in higher education and an interdisciplinary approach shaped by her expertise in management, pedagogy and workplace transformation.
Throughout her time with us, Ms. Morin has stood out for her ability to rally stakeholders around innovative initiatives, her deep commitment to personal and human development, and her drive to foster inclusive, engaging, and meaningful work and learning environments.
In her new role, she will help shape strategies focused on talent development, organizational culture and the employee experience—ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Her strategic vision, combined with a human and systemic sensitivity, will be a key asset in supporting our organizational transformation and the teams that drive it.
