The 61st André Aisenstadt Annual Memorial Clinical Day, presented this year on October 30 in honour of Dr. Howard Bergman, celebrated Geriatric Medicine at the Jewish General Hospital.
Last year, Dr Bergman was named Knight of the Ordre national du Québec Award, the most prestigious recognition awarded by the Quebec government. Dr. Bergman has had a distinguished career at the JGH as Director of Geriatric Medicine, physician in the Memory Clinic, and Senior Researcher at the Lady Davis Institute.
This year’s event explored the keys to healthy aging. Among the guest presenters were local specialists in the field, national keynotes from Ontario and Alberta, as well as an international speaker, from Israel.
