Congratulations to Rosa Zito, our CIUSSS’s new Director of the Human Resources Directorate.
Ms. Zito is stepping into her role with 17 years of experience in the health sector, primarily in management positions. She served most recently in HR as Associate Director of Integrated Talent Management and Transformation. In that capacity, she was responsible for such dossiers as Montreal’s Top Employer—an annual designation earned for the past several years—a range of recruitment programs that have attracted local and international talent, and co-development (with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging team) of inclusive hiring practices in our network.
In partnership with our CIUSSS’s IT team and through various other collaborations, Ms. Zito has implemented internal and ministerial projects to streamline HR-related processes in support of the CIUSSS’s clinical teams, and more generally to benefit all staff. She holds a Bachelor of Science and diplomas from McGill University and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Concordia University.
Ms. Zito succeeds Beverly Kravitz, who will retire in January 2025, following more than 20 years of service in our CIUSSS and in the Jewish General Hospital.
