Congratulations to Caroline Pelletier, who has been appointed Associate Director of Operations in the Academic Affairs and Research Ethics Directorate, effective July 17.
In her new role, Ms. Pelletier will support the directorate’s research and expertise centres. She will also provide oversight of research activities within the CIUSSS, including research in the field of ethics. Ms. Pelletier will cultivate a learning organizational culture and promote the university mission within the CIUSSS, by fostering collaboration with the clinical and administrative departments.
A social worker by training, Ms. Pelletier obtained her Doctorate in Management and Business Administration, as well as a National Health and Social Services Leader Development Program certification from the Health Ministry. She has 25 years of experience in the health and social services network, with 14 years as a manager.
Ms. Pelletier comes to our CIUSSS having held leadership positions in such areas as Quality, and was most recently Assistant to the CEOs of CHU de Québec-Université Laval and the CHUM.
